Refund policy

We want you to love your Aletheia books. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the book is in its original, undamaged condition.

To request a return, please contact us at info@luigiakauthor.com. with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not accept returns on books that have been damaged after delivery. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
